How do we quote and work?
Every quote begins with a look at the yard. Photos help, but they do not replace seeing drainage and access in person. We aim to write down the scope, the materials and what is left out so you can compare it with other bids.
We will tell you when a permit, HOA approval or an engineer is likely to be involved. As with any contractor, ask about licensing and insurance and check what is required for the work you want, because the rules differ by trade. Then decide with the facts in front of you.
